Questions are open on Naveen Poll case

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court of India kept all questions open on the Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s poll fund irregularity case.

While disposing off the petition filed by civil rights campaigner Subash Mohapatra, the apex court kept the all questions open and directed the Election Commission to consider the complaint in accordance with law expeditiously. ‘The learned counsel for the Election Commission has assured us to consider the in accordance with law expeditiously. All the questions are kept open,the order reads.
